The Internet has been running wild the past couple of days over a Kickstarter project fashioning rompers for men.
The “RompHim”, created by four business school students from Northwestern University (ACED Designs) claim they have found the ultimate secret to comfort dressing for men. And it seems a lot of people believe them as the project has already surpassed its Kickstarter goal (at the time this writing, they have managed to raise $164,723 from 1,452 backers in less than a week!).
Before this, only one man had dared thread down the romper path; Sean Connery as James Bond in 1964’s Goldeneye.
The RompHim is already looking like it’s positioned to be the next big thing in frat culture and its already notorious popularity just goes to show how much the modern man craves comfortable and convenient clothing. But can this foursome make male rompers something more than just a thing of the moment? Or is this something that’s bound to end up as a gag gift?
The first shipment date is set for August of this year, so if this tickles your fancy, head over to their kickstarter and make a pledge.
