Day 2 of Toronto Men's Fashion Week has come and gone! And really quickly too. It's unbelievable how rapidly it's coming to an end, but the shows have been great! The second day wasn't a busy one because only very few shows piqued our interest. So, in the absence of Akin, I decided to keep my outfit simple and pay tribute to my favourites - black and white. However, I didn't want it to be too bare so I incorporated an interesting element by opting for a bell sleeve turtle neck top. The sleeve trend is one of my absolute favourites this season! From the bell/trumpet to the extra-long, balloon, cut-out, and frayed sleeves. I mean, how creative and fun do they look? They give any outfit a certain flair, and instantly make you look more sophisticated.
I wore the top with a white sleeveless jacket that was made for me back home, Nigeria (hollaa!), a pair of black jeans, and black court shoes (yup, my shoes made another appearance, but I promise I own more than one pair of shoes lol. They just go with almost all the outfits I liked for fashion week). I wanted to break the solids, so I chose a mini floral bag (one that I am currently obsessed with) to bring some pattern to the outfit.
